- Andrew J. Bernstein
- Born in the same year that the winter Olympics were held in Sarajevo, Andrew J. Bernstein is a graduate of Skidmore College, a category 2 bike racer and a writer currently working as Gear Editor at Bicycling Magazine. He lives in Emmaus, PA, where he recently moved after seven years spent living in Saratoga Springs, NY. Andrew is a regular contributor to Embrocation Cycling Journal, and has written for Velo News (www.velonews.com), and Cyclocross Magazine (www.cxmagazine.com). He has also contributed to: French Creek: The Journal of Undergraduate Student Writing, Velocity Nation (www.velocitynation.com), The Historical News Network (www.hnn.us), and Peeks: The Journal of the Adirondack Forty-Sixers. This blog focuses mainly on Andrew’s adventures, trials and successes as an elite-amateur bike racer in the north east United States, and also serves as a clearinghouse for updates on his other writing projects.
